Products shipped to Anywhere in INDIA from Our Bangalore warehose only.
We usually ship within 3 days and maximum Shipping time is 3 to 5 days.
Standard Delivery Policy:
Estimated delivery time 7-15 business days.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 10am to 4 pm . Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
Items are always shipped only from our warehouses. No third Party is involved.
Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via India Post.
Some items do require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs are charged after the item ships. Unless otherwise requested, all freight items ship via ground service. All Freight charges are included in the order placed on the website, unless urgent delivery is requested. Urgent delivery incurs additional charges.
REENIX SPORTS is not held responsible for any delays may incur due to circumstances beyond our or our shipping partner control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures etc.
REENIX SPORTS is not held responsible for any delays may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. REENIX SPORTS is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping
RETURN POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products at reenix.in operated by REENIX SPORTS.
In order to be eligible for a return in case of damages in the product received, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your return exchange. The money will not be refunded, only product exchange will be given within 15 days of return. Exchange will be issued only in case of damages in product not for size/colour/design changes in the Original sale product.
If the product is damaged and you have not initiated the return within 7 calendar days .you will not be eligible for a return after that.
